Shipping policy
Delivery Information
All Items must be inspected to ensure they correspond to the order placed and for any sign of damage upon delivery. Goods should not be signed for and rejected and you must contact us within 48 hours to notify us of the issue to enable us to rectify promptly. We aim to re-deliver all items within 5 working days subject to availability.
Installation
All products are recommended to be fitted by a qualified professional. Glazing Outlet will not be responsible for any damage to products incurred during installation. We will not be responsible for any financial loss incurred by booking installation resulting in delays or force majeure.
Signing the Delivery Document will confirm that all goods are in a perfect condition and that all items have been received as per your original order.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver building materials to the Scottish Highlands with the exception of Inverness and other remote areas. Should we not be able to deliver your order, we will notify you by email and issue a refund immediately.
We will deliver your order to your front door. If you live in a block of flats, our drivers can only leave the goods in the entrance on the ground floor. If you are not available on the day of delivery we can leave the delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Order Amendments
All sales are final and cannot be amended due to our processing speed and short dispatch times. Therefore we cannot guarantee that we can amend your order however you may place a new order with your amendments and request a cancellation of your original order by emailing us at ecom@glazingoutlet.co.uk quoting both your original order number and new order number.
Note for panels
Shower panels are manufactured in batches, which may result in slight color or shade differences between each batch. Be sure to keep your batch number, located at the end of each box, for reference when placing future orders. Please note that we are unable to guarantee panels from the same batch for additional orders although we will make every effort to accomodate such requests.
Delivery times and costs
Delivery costs are dependant on delivery location, delivery promotions and availability. Please review delivery times and costs at checkout when placing your order.
Orders placed before 2pm are processed the same day, during peak trading this may not be possible and will be processed with 24 hours between Mon-Fri. If your order is placed on a Friday after 2pm, your order will be processed on the following Monday. Standard delivery turnaround is 3-5 working days. Some of our products are dispatched on a 24 or 48 hour service via Royal Mail and DPD. All delivery turnarounds are subject to courier availability and dependant on the items you order.
