Refund policy

Returns

If you need to return your products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery by emailing ecom@glazingoutlet.co.uk. Once approved, items must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will respond to all return requests via email.

All items returned to us are inspected upon arrival at our depot before a refund will be issued. We endeavor to process refunds promptly within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting all goods. Please note that the time taken for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

A 25% restocking charge may apply to returns that are not due to a fault with the product. This will be communicated during the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please retain proof of postage to resolve any disputes in cases of lost returns with the carrier you use.

You are responsible for returning goods to Glazing Outlet at the address below. We recommend using an appropriate delivery method that ensures all goods meet the return criteria outlined below. We also advise purchasing insurance to cover the value of the goods and taking photographs before returning, in case of disputes where a carrier has damaged the goods during transit. Glazing Outlet is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during return transit.

Faulty Goods

For faulty or damaged goods, we will either process a replacement or issue a refund. Please note that we do not collect bulky items, such as panels or full-length UPVC building materials, unless we deem it necessary to arrange collection.

Returns Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, products must meet the following criteria

  • Returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned in their original packaging.
  • Products are unused and show no signs of being installed, fitted, or altered.
  • Products are not damaged (Includes scratches, abrasions, staining, water damage, soil damage)
  • Products are in resalable condition.
